Melting Moments

As the name suggests, these cookies melt on your mouths, they taste great, especially with chocolate. The cookies do not take long to make and this recipes yields a good batch.

MELTING MOMENTS WITH CHOCOLATE

250 G SOFT BUTTER
100 G ICING SUGAR
ZEST OF 1 LIME
2 EGG YOLKS
310 G FLOUR
150 G DARK CHOCOLATE

Mix butter, icing sugar and lime zest soft and creamy with an electric whisk.

Add egg yolks and stir well.

Sift the flour in and fold it into a soft dough.

Fill the dough into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe the dough into long cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Chill the cookies for at least 15 minutes, that way they keep their shape better during baking.

Bake the cookies in a 180 degree celsius hot oven for 10-15 min, till they’re golden brown.

Allow them to cool completely on a rack, before dipping them into melted chocolate
