Nutella Rocky Road

If you are in the mood for chocolate and crunch, I would urge you to try this. It’s awfully easy to make and tastes really good. Ingredients can be varied in the nigh infinite options, but I would not recommend using something like raw onion. 😝
This version mixes milk chocolate with Nutella, a very tasty combination. In addition, it is easy to use mini Marshmallows in the recipe, but if they cannot be found, then cut some large ones with a scissor greased well with oil.
I brought a previous version with me home at Easter. It was a hit. A double batch disappeared in less than two days …

NUTELLA ROCKY ROAD
A 20X20 CM BAKING PAN.

200 G MILK CHOCOLATE
100 G NUTELLA
100G SALTED PEANUTS + 50 G TO DECORATE
40G RICE KRISPIES
50 G MINI MARSHMALLOWS + 15 G TO DECORATE

Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it with the nutella. It can be done either over bain marie on the stove or at short intervals in the microwave (Max 20 sec at a time at 80% strength, be careful that the chocolate does not burn)

Stir the melted chocolate and nutella together to a shiny mixture.

Mix the chocolate with the rest of the ingredients, make sure everything is covered in chocolate.

Pour the mixture into a 20×20 cm baking pan lined with aluminium foil, pressed thoroughly out into all sides.

Sprinkle the topping over, before chilling in the fridge until the chocolate has set.

Remove the baking pan from the refrigerator, remove the aluminium foil and cut the block into smaller pieces.

Make sure to get your fair share.
