Delicious fudge with the crunch and taste of rocky road candy bars. It does not require great effort to conjure up in the kitchen and it’s perfect for the Christmas table.
ROCKY ROAD FUDGE
190 G DARK CHOCOLATE
200 G CONDENSED MILK
35 G MINI MARSHMALLOWS
60 SALTED PEANUTS
30 G RICE KRISPIES
CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES FOR DECORATION
Melt chocolate and condensed milk in a pot over a medium heat.
When the chocolate has melted mix in the peanuts, marshmallows and puffed rice.
Pour the mixture into a 15×15 cm mould lined with baking paper, decorate with sprinkles and place it in the fridge until the mass has set.
Remove the fudge from the mould and cut it into squares.
Store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
