Quick and easy treat, the hardest part is waiting for the chocolate to set.
A 20X20 CM MOULD
250 G MILK CHOCOLATE
100 G SALTED PEANUTS
40G RICE KRISPIES
50 G MINI MARSHMALLOWS
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it, either in a double boiler or in the microwave in short intervals. (Max 20 sek. at a time at 80% power, be careful nit to burn the chocolate)
Stir the melted chocolate smooth and shiny.
Mix the chocolate with the rest of the ingredients, make sure to cover everything in chocolate.
Pour the mixture into a 20×20 cm mould, lined with aluminium foil, press it well out into every corner.
You could also make individual sweets, by pouring the mixture into silicone moulds.
Place the whole thing in the fridge and let the chocolate set.
Remove the mould from the fridge, remove the foil and cut the block into smalle pieces. Or remove the rocky road from the silicone moulds.
