A delicious sorbet that brings your thoughts to warm summer days, it’s like eating a kilo of grapes at once in one spoonful.
I had a lot of grapes lying around, so this recipe is an easy way to use them.
RED GRAPE SORBET
1 KG ICE COLD RED / BLUE STONE-FREE GRAPES
20 G SUGAR PER. 100 ML JUICE (SEE BELOW)
Wash and cut the grapes in half.
Blend the grapes thoroughly and pass them through a fine mesh sieve, squeezing out as much juice as possible.
Measure the juice and blend it with 20 g of sugar per 100 ml. until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the juice to an ice cream machine and run for 20-30 min. until the sorbet is smooth and delicious.
