Elderflower Sorbet

Elderflower cordial…frozen. Its sweet and fresh taste gives you an enjoyable chill in your teeth during the summer months.

ELDERFLOWER SORBET
ABOUT 650 G SORBET

5 DL. CONCENTRATED ELDERFLOWER CORDIAL
1 DL. ICE COLD WATER
30 G PASTEURISED EGG WHITES
JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON

Whisk all ingredients together.

Churn the sorbet base in an ice cream machine for 20-30 minutes, to get a soft and creamy sorbet.

Place the sorbet in the freezer for a couple of hours to let it set or eat it immediately.
