Elderflower Sorbet

Elderflower cordial…frozen. Its sweet and fresh taste gives you an enjoyable icening in your teeth during the summer months.

About 650 g sorbet

5 dl. Concentrated Elderflower cordial
1 dl. Ice cold water
30 g Pasteurized eggwhites
Juice of 1/2 lemom

Whisk all ingredients together.

Churn the sorbet base in an ice cream machine for 20-30 minutes, to get a soft and creamy sorbet.

Place the sorbet in the freezer for a couple of hours to let it set or eat it immediately.
