CHOCOLATE FUDGE WITH MARSHMALLOWS
340 G 70% DARK CHOCOLATE
1 CAN CONDENSED MILK (397G)
1 TSP. VANILLA
60 G MINI MARSHMALLOWS
50 G CHOPPED ALMONDS
SPRINKLES FOR DECORATING
Chop the chocolate and add it to a pot along with the condensed milk and vanilla.
Heat the mixture at low heat, while stirring with a spatula. Keep stirring until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is thick and compact. Remove from the heat.
Add the marshmallows and almonds, stir until they ar evenly incorporated. But not too long or the marshmallow will melt.
Pour the fudge into a 20x20cm mould, lined with baking paper and buttered. Press the fudge well out into the corners and smooth out the surface. .
Decorate with sprinkles, press them gently into the fudge to fet them to stick. Place the mould, covered, in the fridge for a couple of hours, until firm and set.
Remove the fudge from the mould and cut it into smaller pieces.
