The fruits of the salad can be varied in countless ways, use what you can find. So go ahead and make it. Make it now, with all the late summer berries and fruits.

FRUIT SALAD WITH CREAM SAUCE
6-8 SERVINGS

4 EGG YOLKS
30 G SUGAR
4 DL HEAVY CREAM 38%
1/2 VANILLA POD
2 BANANAS, SLICED
2 JUICY APPLES, CUBED
1 CLEMENTINE SLICES
100 G RED GRAPES, CUT LENGTHWISE.
150 G MILK CHOCOLATE

Whisk the egg yolks light and frothy with the sugar.

Whip cream to soft peaks with vanilla seeds

Fold the whipped cream into the eggs.

Roughly chop the chocolate.

Fold the fruit and chocolate into the cream, then distribute the fruit salad either in serving glasses or chill the entire bowl until serving.
