I am a little Egyptologist living in Copenhagen, who loves to bake, draw, write stories, read way too many old texts, eat and write about good food.

But this blog? This blog is mainly about the food, the cakes and sweets.

Husk Desserten is danish for Remember Dessert. So while most of the recipes here will be of the sweet kind, you will find the occassional savoury meal or condiment here as well.

Because after dinner, you must always remember dessert.

Until just recently, I have only written in Danish, but that is about to change. So far only a few recipes have been translated and published.This is why most recipes in the index will direct you to the danish version. So if you stumble upon a recipe that you wish translated, you may drop a comment and I’ll do my best to get it out quickly.
